Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties include :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns by identifying solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service levels are maintained.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and service policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Sales Duties may include :
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications
- 2 + years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication, written and verbal is a must!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to problem solve with attention to detail
- Counter Sales / Inside Sales / Outside Sales experience is welcome
