The Front End Supervisor will ensure superior customer service experience by coaching and developing a friendly, well-trained staff.
Actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing :
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Supervise and give direction to all front end staff
- Train, coach, and develop front end staff
- Assist with closing duties and cash up
- Assist with scheduling and filling shifts
- Perform cash pick-ups
- Perform till audits
- Perform till overrides
- Conduct item price checks
- Adhere and implement all applicable company standards
- Perform administrative duties as required
What you have to offer :
- Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
- Basic math skills
- Good work ethic and ability to multi task
- Variety of Shifts including evenings and weekends is required
Education
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 12 months experience
