Role : Change Management Advisor
Location : Remote across Canada
Shifts : MST

Must be fully English / French bilingual
Required Experience :
An undergraduate degree (e.g. Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development)
At least 5 years of experience in the field of organizational change management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience implementing large scale projects with significant change, including transformational change projects.
Required Skills :
Must be fully English / French bilingual
The position requires in-depth, practical knowledge of ADKAR and all other change management principles, standards and processes, project management methodologies, the agile methodology.
Excellent partnership, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills are required.
Proficiency with corporate-standard software applications, Office 365 and a personal computer is essential.
Nice to have :
Certification in one or more of the following :
- Prosci Change Management Certification Program
- Experienced Practitioner Program
- ACMP Certified Change Management Professional program
- Agile training or certifications (such as Agile Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience working with ESG and / or Risk initiatives would be an asset
Description of Duties :
The consultant will support change projects as the sole change management consultant or in partnership with another change management consultant.
Makes decisions related to the day-to-day execution of approved change adoption plans on behalf of the product or initiative sponsor;
with considerable discretion to proactively identify and take action to manage barriers.
Makes decisions regarding application of the tools to achieve the product or initiative outcomes.
