Ourclient a leading provider of technology services is seeking aService Desk Agent for a parttime role in Montr al. You ll be theprimary contact for customers needing technical assistanceresponsible for diagnosing and resolving issues while ensuringcompliance with clientstandards.
TheService Desk Agent is responsible for assisting customers byhandling all technologyrelated queries and issues. This roleinvolves escalating unresolved issues to the next level managingdata entry tasks and maintaining strict adherence to our clientsservice and qualitystandards.

Hourly salary of $17.22.
Longtermcontract
Parttime position : 20hours per week
Training period : First 4 weeks onsite Monday to Friday 10 am. to 2pm.
Hybrid work : After training 3days inoffice at Cr mazie with flexibility to choose 2 days to workfromhome.
Responsibilities :
Act as the single point of contact for all customer technologyissues and requests ensuring a "One Stop Shop"environment.
Provide superiorquality commitments and timely informed service to brokerpartners.
Manage and execute dataentry for new business maintain trackers and process necessaryreports.
Complete risk followupswith broker partners maintaining compliance with establishedsystems and frameworks.
Collaborate closely with leadership on work distribution triage andservice level agreement databuilds.
Handle various customercontacts through phone chat email and selfservice within agreedSLA / XLA.
Participate in knowledgemanagement and major incident management processes asrequired.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
High School Diploma or equivalentrequired.
Two Years TechnicalSchool or relevant Technical Certifications are aplus.
Bachelor s degreepreferred.
Previous experience ina Service Desk or Customer Service environmentpreferred.
Experience introubleshooting mobile devices and networkconnectivity.
Knowledge of ActiveDirectory and basic account administrationprocesses.
Familiarity with AMLcompliance and FINTRAC reporting isbeneficial.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications especially Excel andWord.
Strong attention to detailproblemsolving skills and the ability tomultitask.
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as partof a team.
Strong leadershipcapabilities and the ability to make strategicdecisions.
