The Senior Manager, Content Creator Program is responsible for the management and growth of Knix and KT by Knix Creator, Celebrity and internal affiliate strategy, curating an ecosystem of Knix evangelists and partnerships to help further brand awareness, revenue and our brand mission.
They own end-to-end project management, from ideation to execution of growing Knix's brand awareness through community, talent and brand presence.
Further, they own relationships, being the main point of contact for all partnership relations, working cross-functionally across brand, communications, digital marketing, content, and e-commerce.

The Opportunity
- Manage the US & Canadian content creator strategy with a focus on diverse and interesting voices that help elevate our brand mission
- Develop the content creator strategy with an emphasis on the US market and broadening Knix's brand awareness in the US through creator contacts.
- Manage content creator collaborations, negotiate contracts, manage budgets and own timelines and deliverables
- Oversee the development of a network of content creators that match and add credibility to each vertical with a strategic focus on Knix's product and messaging verticals
- Manage the content creator communication strategy of all major product launches and key brand initiatives to our partners ensuring that they have the product, assets and information needed to build buzz
- Facilitate relationship building across various industries and brands to ensure Knix remains top of mind and a partner of choice
- Support / manage celebrity partnership strategy in partnership cross-functionally with PR and Social Build and nurture relationships with social media influencers, brand partners and tastemakers
- Responsible for exploring, researching, identifying and vetting partnerships with external non-competing brands and key players
- Execute against the broader team strategy leveraging
- Partnerships to deliver against measurable KPIs
- Create project briefs and internal pitch decks to share with the broader team to gain alignment and project approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and / or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and / or event partnerships
- Work with the Regional Field Team to identify and support market opportunities
- Oversee the Partnership and Communications team's brand event calendar to ensure synergy across the department planning initiatives while also keeping the regional event planning in mind.
- Lead ideation, planning and execution of influencer and brand events for the Content Creator team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study
- 6+ years of marketing experience with a background in working with direct-to-consumer brands with an e-commerce focus
- Previous experience in people management and leading a team.
- Experience with Creators, Creator Managers and Creator Agencies in the US.
- Experience activating across a broad range of channels including PR, social media, email marketing, digital marketing, blog content, video creation and OOHStrong analytical skills and ability to identify actionable insights from consumer, industry and competitor data
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and advocate company-wide cooperation on various projects
- Strong business acumen is needed in order to understand the business and levers that can be pulled to drive performance and revenue.
- Hyper organizational skills to be able to plan, communicate and execute short and long-term projects.
- Ability to foresee and prevent roadblocks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure.
- The ability to move the brand forward through adaptation and react to the constantly changing marketing landscape.
- Ability to find the right balance between structure and innovation within their strategies to create an environment for creativity while fulfilling brand objectives.
