Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Centre in Winnipeg has a permanent full-time position open for a Body Shop Administrator!

Essential Duties :

  • Collaborate with technicians, repair planners, and customer service to address and rectify any customer quality concerns promptly
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in exceptional condition
  • Manage parts ordering and inventory to prevent shortages and maintain stock levels
  • Schedule repair projects efficiently to optimize shop productivity and adherence to deadlines
  • Monitor repair progress, adjusting workflows to address any delays or issues directly
  • Work across departments to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation
  • Offer guidance to customers on vehicle maintenance and care, aligning with manufacturer specifications
  • Clearly explain any additional repair needs, costs, and time considerations to customers
