Key Tasks
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our enterprise application / Digital Product solution delivery team and Head of architecture practice.
This role will oversee the entire lifecycle of application / Digital Products solutions from design to delivery and ongoing support
- Leadership and Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise application management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals
- Solution Design : Lead the design and architecture of enterprise application solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies
- Solution delivery : Oversee the application / digital products implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Operational Management : Ensure the efficient operation of enterprise applications, including maintenance, upgrades, and enhancement, change request
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of solution architect, developers
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, user experience, and operational efficiency
Key Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in enterprise application management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, Field Service, and Contact Center solutions
- Enterprise Application Management : Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale application implementation projects

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communication Skills : Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Assets
Certification : Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and architecture (e.g., TOGAF)
