The London District Catholic School Board is currently accepting applications for : Permanent / Occasional Teaching Positions - September 2024 The London District Catholic School Board is thefastest growing Catholic school board in the province.

We will be requiringteachers in September to fill a number of roles in both elementary andsecondary panels. The London District Catholic School Board believes that recruiting and selecting Catholic teachers, who will serve the spiritual, academic, physical, emotional, aesthetic, and social needs of students, is of paramount importance.

Successful candidates will be required to travel to schools throughout system and must be available to accept assignments with short notice on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS : Must have a Bachelor of Education Degree and be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers All OCT qualifications accepted Working knowledge of the Ontario Catholic Graduate Expectations, Ethical Standards for the Teaching Profession, and the Standards of Practice for the Teaching Profession A practicing Catholic with a strong and active Catholic Faith life Proficient knowledge & understanding of Ontario curriculum, evaluation & assessment techniques Current in understanding of research, integrating technology and best instructional practices Effective classroom management skills and ability to create a welcoming and safe Catholic learning environment for all students Only complete application portfolios on apply to education will be processed.
