A well-established benefits company in Etobicoke is looking for Bilingual Customer Care Representatives to join their team.
In this role you will be supporting a mental-health line over phone, chat and email. You'll need to be able to deal with sensitive situations with empathy and compassion, and you'll get the opportunity to make a real difference.
This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Supporting inbound calls, emails and chats from clients
- Providing customers with details about their coverage, and directing them to the appropriate team for follow up
- Updating customers' accounts after every transaction
- Pass along escalations to higher-ups as necessary
- Go above and beyond with every interaction
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is MANDATORY (testing will be required)
- 2 years of call center experience
- Requiring availability for shifts Monday-Sunday between 8am and 11pm (Rotational shifts)
- Additional Customer Service experience is an asset
- Tech savvy and able to navigate through multiple environments
- Professional and a team player
- Completion of a post-secondary degree / diploma is required
