Concierge - Sr./Manager, Operations (Integration)

THE TEAM

The mission of the Concierge Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day Concierge business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

Aritzia is growing and our Concierge Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to motivate the team responsible for effective and efficient business performance by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence across Concierge .

As the Sr. / Manager, Concierge Operations (Integration), you will play a pivotal role in championing the seamless execution of key cross-functional programs and functions through excellent operational management of people, process, technology , and space.

THE ROLE

As the Sr. / Manager , Concierge Operations (Integration), you will lead the team to :

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives , while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience .
• F acilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of work across the division .
• E nsure the most important programs are executed perfectly and continuously improved .
• Project manage or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives .
• Seamlessly execute the integration of events .
• I ntegrate new infrastructure into and out of the division .
• Ensure division tools support business needs .
• P rovide business-driven, simple, and relevant information to the division .

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. / Manager, Concierge Operations (Integration) has :

• Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,0000 - $150,000 CAD per year . The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus .
