Our client in Surrey is hiring for a permanent Administrative Assistant. This role does provide growth and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities include travel arrangements, meeting coordination, correspondence, data entry and database maintenance, coordinating mail-outs, as well as other administrative tasks.
Job Requirements :
The successful candidate will have 5+ years administrative experience in a similar capacity, be extremely tech savvy including knowledge of social media platforms, be organized and highly detailed, proactive, and adaptable and flexible with respect to taking on projects.
