They're looking for a reliable qualified Maintenance Supervisor that can work with the Production & Maintenance crew to ensure smooth operations!
As a Maintenance Supervisor here, you'll hold a pivotal role in improving processes and managing a team of 8!

Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits for routine and non-routine tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain and service tooling to high standards for optimal production efficiency, addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinate tooling refurbishments with external tool makers and the planning department to minimize disruption.
- Manage spare parts inventory to support production while reducing costs annually.
- Complete preventive maintenance (PPM) on time and to a high standard.
- Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding, repair, and equipment installation.
- Use continuous improvement methods to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product designers to review, clarify, and approve new designs.
- Test new tooling, reporting any defects to the toolmaker.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Communicate with Shift Managers, tool setters, and operators to resolve tool-related issues efficiently.
- Assist the quality department with customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to new maintenance strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Update machinery records and work with contractors and suppliers to maintain plant and building systems.
- Train employees and monitor their work quality.
Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability (CMRP) or Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Lead / Supervisor Role
- Preferred 433A or 442A license
- Experience in precision power press tooling and setting & Power Press safety
- MS Office & CMMS experience
- Experience in managing teams, PM Scheduling and Collaboration with other departments
Desired :
- Understanding of PLC's - Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi
- Knowledge or background in Injection molding and / or Food and packaging industry
