What will your typical day look like?
As Unified Performance Management & Analytics (UPMA) Manager within Deloitte Technologies, you will collaborate with technology professionals around the globe at all levels to provide an exceptional infrastructure monitoring toolset.
Work you'll do
You will lead a global service team providing an infrastructure monitoring toolset along with operational, performance, and business insights to internal customers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to excel in their areas of expertise and career goals
- Operational stability of the infrastructure monitoring and performance data analytics technology offered through the Unified Performance Management & Analytics Service
- Assist in the development of the service roadmap within the strategic objectives of the organization
- Develop partnerships with vendors and assist in contract negotiations
- Maintain relationships and collaborate as one with technology leads across the globe to provide exceptional service
- Lead the coordination and delivery of complex projects throughout the service lifecycle
- Establish standards, procedures, and methodologies to govern the service structure within the legal, privacy, and security policies
- Effectively communicate ideas and service solutions across all levels of the organization
- Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting within the service area
- Maintain an awareness of market and industry trends to determine areas of improvement and deliver competitive edge

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You are someone with :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical operations and support, delivery management, and team leadership
- Experience with enterprise level monitoring and data analytics tooling such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ThousandEyes, and SolarWinds Orion
- Expert understanding of infrastructure technologies including cloud, networking, software / hardware systems, and applications to be able to analyze and report on them
- Understanding of ITIL practices and SAFe methodology
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant governance and / or analytics experience
- Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking, and presentation)
- Must have ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
