Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Our client is hiring a drivenorganized and energetic Operations Supervisor with strong people management ss to join their Calgary team! Ourclient is a progressive innovative and growing coffee distributorwith showroom warehouse and maintenance shop providing the finestcoffee equipment espresso machines and accessories with a strongfocus on quality resulting in many raving fans!

Thisrole will be managing multiple aspects of the location whichincludes ecommerce and warehouse operations as well as showroom.

Being that it is a small team you will be helping in the warehouseand with inside sales asneeded.

Salary : $25.00$30.00 perhour

Hoursof Work :

9 : 00am 5 : 00pmTuesday to Friday

11 : 00am 4 : 00pmSaturday

Responsibilities

• Leadershipof the Calgary location ecommerce sales and warehouse includingtraining coordination and accountability of a smallteam.
• Development and ongoingaccountability for the department as a whole along with individualstaff members.
• Evaluating thequality of service provided to customers and develop procedures tominimize customercomplaints.
• Ensuringdiplomacy and a sense of urgency regarding any customerservicerelated or operationalconcerns.
• Maintain uptodateinformation on new equipment and tools for use byteam.
• Handson work inthe warehouse and with sales asneeded.
• Ensuring adherence ofcompanies procedures and bestpractices.

Requirements

• 1to 3 years of Management experience is required preferably inecommerce operations.
• Coffeerelatedinterest and / or background is a stronget.
• Provenability as a catalyst with the ability to motivate a team whilekeeping accountable iscritical.
• Excellent communicationinterpersonal and time managementss.
• An eye for detail in process andproduct to spot issues and deal with thempromptly.
• Ability to adapt to a changingenvironment and meetdeadlines.
• Strong leadership ss witha high level oforganization.
