Responsibilities
Answering phone calls
Processing documents
Coordinating the workers schedule
Communicate with the team
Deal a little bit with client inquiries
Basic administrative tasks
Qualifications
3 years plus of admin assistant experience
Comfortable with Microsoft (Excel), basic Word and PDF
Customer service skills
Great organizational skills
Autonomy and Fast learning
Good capacity of adaptation
Sociable
Bilingual : English and French spoken and written very preferable
