Job Summary
As a Labelling Clerk for our Sample Processing team located in Senneville , you will mainly be responsible for sample preparation, retrieving all specimens and transport them in a timely manner to the laboratory.
Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary responsibilities include :
- Prepares the required material for the study conduct according to information received and keep a functional inventory of the required material;
- Conduct the preparation and the distribution of biological samples;
- Perform the filing, archiving, transfer, or disposal of material;
- Printing and labelling of samples (blood, urine, etc.);
- Retrieving and transportation of collected samples to the appropriate laboratory.
Key Elements
If you possess the following qualifications , we will train you in the rest :
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Passion for science;
- Good attention to details;
- Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.).
Role Specific Information :
- Location : 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;
- Transport : We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site.
- Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station;
- Salary : $16.75 / hrs;
- Annual bonus based on performance;
- Premiums : Weekends : ($2.75 / hrs), Overtime (Time and a half);
- Schedule : Weekdays, between Monday to Friday. Depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime on weekends;
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
