MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Service Electrician for our client an industry-leading electrical contractor located in Vancouver.
The Service Electrician will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential electrical services, from initial customer interaction through to job completion.
This role requires a strong technical background, experience in residential electrical work, and a passion for customer service.
The successful candidate will work independently, engaging with customers, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring all projects meet industry standards.

Responsibilities :
- Schedule and attend meetings with customers to assess their electrical needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Present and explain electrical solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide detailed and accurate quotes for services based on customer needs.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate electrical systems and requirements.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to plan and organize the execution of approved projects.
- Carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance according to industry standards and company policies.
- Provide necessary documentation, such as job completion reports and invoices, upon finishing each project.
Must-Haves :
- 2+ years of service electrician experience
- Be a Licensed Electrician or Journeyman with a strong understanding of electrical systems and codes.
- Proven experience in residential electrical work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Driven, hungry, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with budgeting or quoting jobs.
- Commercial project experience.
