The Role :

Our ideal candidate is passionate about all things breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night dining. Work alongside our talented Head Chef and a dynamic kitchen crew and be an integral part of delivering great culinary experiences.

If you're passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities :

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Food preparation including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces for example.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices

Requirements :

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
• Hustle be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Open availability.
• Be coachable and willing to learn experience is an asset but training will be provided.
