Job Description :
As the Manager, FP&A you will support consolidation of the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes and other submissions.
Additionally the Manager, FP&A will :
- Produce and continually enhance Group planning reports and analysis targeted to Senior Management to provide insight on key business drivers and track performance
- Execute preparation of Board deliverables and other reports and presentations that communicate key performance indicators used for shareholder engagement
- Drive process optimization, reporting standardization and streamlining through regular file maintenance, Excel automation, and ensuring reports, analysis, and models are designed to be fit for purpose
- Partner with Reporting and Integration teams on ongoing improvement and maintenance of the financial systems and ensure changes are transitioned timely and accurately to the FP&A models and Excel-based tools

Job Requirements :
- Hold a post-secondary degree / diploma in a related field
- Hold a CPA designation
- Have 5+ years of related work experience in FP&A
- 3+ years in business partnering and delivering value-added analytics in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Have excellent communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing
