What are your contributions to the team?
- Participate in the proactive analysis of training needs as well as in the validation and identification of approaches, tools, and training content.
- Deliver training related to various health and safety topics and Bombardier health and safety standards.
- Support subject matter experts in the development and review of learning solutions.
- Work in collaboration with different function teams to implement learning strategies to ensure internal knowledge transfer.
- Support the integration of new employees.
- Support on-site organizational learning teams to understand skills issues, conduct organizational diagnostics and present recommendations
How to thrive in this role?
You have a diploma in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene or ergonomy with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a health and safety advisor / trainer role in manufacturing environment.
Aerospace experience is an asset.
- You have experience in manufacture environment
- You have experience supporting ISO (45000,14001) audits
- You are a good communicator and can demonstrate impact and can influence.
- You are comfortable collaborating and working in a team.
- You have good analytical skills and are organized.
- You can multitask and work under pressure.
- You have a good knowledge of the French and English language (oral and written).
- You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
