The EA Sports Security team provides central development and operations of security services that allow our franchises to deliver fun, fair, and secure gaming experiences.
As a Development Manager, you will lead projects and be a point of contact for the team's Security Operations Centre (SOC).
You will also support our team of Development Directors across SPORTS Titles with their important work to defend the experiences of millions of players globally who play titles like FC, Madden, College Football, NHL, UFC, and more.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about people and technology to join our EA SPORTS Security team.
Your primary responsibilities will be :
- You will be the POC for Security Operations Centre related projects.
- You will manage security and incident related projects, establish and assign tasks and goals, and achieve project deliverables.
- You will develop working relationships with your immediate team and those outside of the immediate team that have an effect on the completion of projects.
- You will communicate progress, challenges, risks, risk mitigations, milestones, and achievements to multiple levels of leadership within EA SPORTS with transparency.
- You will create an inclusive environment and quickly address any conflict on the team.
- You will improve operational effectiveness by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Experiences and Capabilities :
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- 1+ years of People Management experience is a plus but not essential.
- Experience as part of an operations team, adapting to rapid changes in priority.
- Knowledge of information security and security operation centres (SOC) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

BASE SALARY RANGES
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) :
$96,400 - $133,900 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health / dental / vision coverage and basic life insurance.
