We are currently looking for a Full Time Dishwasher to join the team and set the stage for the food & beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will :

• Wash all main kitchen and banquet kitchen dishes, glassware, and cutlery to ensure sufficient supplies are available at all times;
• Clean the dishwashing machines, and jet components, including closing jet flaps;
• Wash pots and pans, including kitchen utensils. Wash display mirrors in the main kitchen and banquet kitchen;
• Clean ovens and stoves;
• Sweep and mop the main kitchen floor, ensuring no debris is left under prep / cook areas or stoves;
• Empty all garbage containers in the main kitchen and banquet kitchen into garbage dumpsters / recycling containers;
• Break down all empty boxes and deposit them into a trash compactor or designated pick-up area. Once compacted, tie broken boxes with wire;
• Clean loading dock daily;
• Clean / maintain the cleanliness of the staff cafeteria, dishes, and cutlery;
• Ensure the work area is clean and properly sanitized at all times;
• Any other duties as instructed by the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty, including food preparation.

• Previous experience not required;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities;
• Highly responsible & reliable;
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team;
• Ability to meet the physical aspects of the position including but not limited to :
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift;
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs;
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling;
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps;
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
