WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Follow and adhere to all housekeeping, health and safety standards.
• Must have the knowledge and ability to perform cosmetic repairs on fiberglass components.
• Must be able to prep parts for paint.
• Prepare finished product for shipping.
• Must have the knowledge and ability to perform structural repairs to all fiberglass components.
• Qualified to use spray equipment to perform spot repairs.
• Read blueprints in order to assemble fiberglass parts or to accurately install hardware, tapping plates or assorted inserts.
• Documents all non-conformities on a Corrective & Preventative Action report (CAPAR).
• Follow verbal and / or written procedures and / or approved documentation.
• Must keep a clean work area.
• Proper care and daily maintenance of assigned / department tools and equipment.
• Must support and adhere to all Lean and 5S initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
• Completion of grade 12.
• Good attendance, safety and work record.
• Able to work with fibreglass, dust, glue, paint and chemicals.
• Able to work with vibratory tools.
• Able to do repetitive work with compressed air tools.
• Able to perform tasks at heights, standing, and sitting. Able to work above shoulder height and bent at the waist.
