Our company is currently seeking a Qualified Senior Bookkeeper / junior CPA For Local Practice to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, preparation of hst, payroll, wsib, T5018 slips for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities :
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications :
- MINIMUM OF 5 experience in accounting and working in a busy public accounting practice
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- full comprehension of Quick books online, caseware, taxcycle,
- strong communication and speaking skills
- able to work under strict datelines
- provide monthly data to all clients
- self motivated
