Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome service customers and listen to their concerns
- Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs
- Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
- Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs
- Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards
- Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards
- Other service-related duties as required
Qualifications :
- Bilingual - English and French is a must
- Must have a valid driver ' s license and insurance
- Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience
- Automotive sector experience is a strong asset
- Must have great customer service and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- The ability to manage warranty administration would be an asset
- Strong computer skills and experience is an asset
Work Schedule : Our Service hours are Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm .
Work Location : In person.
