The Technical Lead plays a crucial role in driving technical innovation and leading engineering teams. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned software engineer with a deep understanding of serverless architectures and AWS technologies.

Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Architecture Design : Design and implement scalable and maintainable serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
• Development : Develop and deploy high-quality serverless applications using languages like TypeScript, Node.js, and Java.
• Integration : Integrate AWS Lambda functions with other AWS services to create seamless workflows.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance and cost-efficiency of serverless applications.
• Security : Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on serverless architectures.
• Strong proficiency in AWS Lambda, TypeScript, Node.js, and Java.
• Experience with AWS services like S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Implementing security best practices to ensure the safety of data and systems.
• Integrating AWS Lambda functions with other AWS services, such as Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon API Gateway, and AWS Step Functions.
• Proficient with monitoring tools like Cloud Watch and AWS X-Ray.
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency in CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
