Reporting to the Team Lead Service to Sales, you will fulfill a broad spectrum of support functions aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the Prospr by Sun Life team.
What will you do :
Manage the team email inbox and triage work items
Set-up ongoing policy triggered campaigns
Run Client Activation monthly activity report to find upcoming opportunities
Set-up and maintain campaigns in salesforce
Campaign administration; assign leads to advisors in the pilot by filling the appointments calendar
Monitor Team voicemail box
Support setting up Salesforce Campaigns (tasks, opportunities, campaigns)
Run Adhoc reporting from salesforce
What do you need to suceed :
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide
Strong client relationship skills and a client centric mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, demanding and constantly changing environment
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
Excellent PC skills (Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently and with all members of the team
Knowledge of FC environment and processes an asset
Enthusiastic personality, with a positive attitude
Team player who does required share of work and supports teams success
High school diploma with 3-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Degree or college diploma preferred
Experience includes previous experience in financial services, an office environment, and / or client service roles
