LOCATION : Osoyoos, BC
STATUS : Seasonal Hourly Contract (Mar Oct)
COMPENSATION : $17-$20 / hour plus % of team gratuity program

OPPORTUNITY :
As a Kitchen Porter at Nk’Mip Cellars, you play a crucial role in crafting the dining experience our guests will cherish.
From their arrival, you contribute to creating lasting memories by delivering an exceptional experience that complements our award-winning wines.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with an experienced and close-knit team to provide necessary tools, including clean dishes and limited food preparation, for daily lunch service, dinner service and private events.
- Uphold our commitment to offering local, quality food in a timely and consistent manner.
- Execute daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties as directed by our Executive Chef, ensuring a prepared team and a clean restaurant for positive guest experiences.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking ability and a strong work ethic, both individually and as part of a team.
- Food Safe & WHIMIS are assets, with training provided as needed.
- Ability to lift 40lbs, work in hot summer temperatures, and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for team members and guests.
