Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Procurement Analyst position on a 6 - month contract.

This line of business is responsible for strategic sourcing of suppliers (onboarding, vetting), supplier risk management and transactional procurement (purchasing / buying).

The selected candidate will be joining a team within Procurement that manages 3 functions : supplier risk management process support via Coupa Risk Assess (reactive activities), concierge / VIP end to end process services for Supplier Risk Management (proactive activities) and the contract management office (CMO) accountable for the end to end contract process leveraging a contract lifecycle management platform (Coupa CLMA).

The team works closely together providing cross-functional support. The selected candidate will start by supporting one of these functions and will likely move into a broader accountability to support cross-functional tasks.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role :

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :

  • Receiving and actioning requests from ServiceNow to make changes to process
  • Perform and complete system tasks as needed
  • Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as require

Qualifications

MS Office (Excel is critical) : 1 year (Required)Customer Service / Support : 1 year (Required)ServiceNow : 1 year (Desired)Procurement : 1 year (Desired)

Education / Certifications

Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma
