Responsabilités :

  • Prendre les appels et les rendez-vous
  • Gérer les courriels
  • Gérer le courrier entrant et sortant
  • Rédiger et corriger des documents
  • Envoyer des documents aux clients
  • Gérer l’agenda et effectuer les réservations des voyages d’affaires
  • Classer la documentation
  • Collaborer avec d’autres départements dans l’entreprise
  • Soutenir la direction et les projets dans les tâches administratives connexes.

Qualifications :

  • Une personne souhaitant s’investir à long terme dans une équipe et ayant une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en administration.
  • La connaissance des outils Excel et Word est indispensable.
  • La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise.
  • Le sens des responsabilités, l’assiduité et le professionnalisme sont des qualités essentielles pour ce rôle.

  • Answering calls and scheduling appointments
  • Writing and proofreading documents
  • Sending documents to clients
  • Managing the calendar and booking business trips
  • Filing documentation
  • Collaborating with other departments in the company
  • Supporting management and projects with related administrative tasks

Qualifications :

  • A person looking to invest long-term in a team with 3 to 5 years of experience in administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • A sense of responsibility, diligence, and professionalism are essential qualities for this role
