TheSenior Organizational Development Consultant role supports leaders and teams inachieving NAIT’s goals through strategic facilitation services, inclusiveemployee engagement programs, purposeful talent management strategies, holisticperformance enhancement processes, thoughtful learning and developmentopportunities, exciting appreciation and recognition initiatives, as well assupporting strategy and change management processes.

Reporting to the Director of HROperations (Workday Transformation HR Lead), this Senior OrganizationalDevelopment Consultant position fills the role of a trusted subject matterexpert as part of the Workday Transformation project.
As we transition to ournew HR system, Workday, you’ll be focusing on developing functional solutionsto elevate the employee experience.
Where we have gaps in currentfunctionality, you’ll ask the right questions to build the right solutions anddeliver it the right way.
Most importantly, you’ll need to be a team playerthat supports others on the Workday Transformation HR delivery team, listeningwith the intent to understand the diverse perspectives of your colleagues,clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute as a key member of the WorkdayTransformation HR Delivery team by leading the development and implementationof the following functionality :
- Talent Enablement Talent design,evaluation, development, and management.
- Learning Learning development,delivery, and operations.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to theproject team and leadership with a focus on improving organizationaleffectiveness.
- Collaborate with others on the HR Delivery Team onways to transform and elevate the employee experience with an organizationaldevelopment lens.

A related undergraduate degree or an equivalentcombination of education and related experience.
Experience in developing organizational developmenttalent enablement programs (talent design, evaluation, development, andmanagement).
Nice to have :
Experience in Workday utilization and / orimplementation.
Experience in developing organizational learningprograms (learning development, delivery and operations).
Experience developing and / or facilitating variousorganizational development programs such as leadership development, employeeengagement, performance enhancement / management, mentorship, etc.

Remuneration : $87,684.22- $116,170.86 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
