About the Role
Join a focused, highly skilled team selling Enterprise level EHS Management software solutions in Chemical Safety Management, HSEQ, Learning Management and Crisis Management to global prospects with 2,000+ employees.
You will play a key role working for a growing, award winning Software Technology Vendor with an established list of well-known global blue-chip clients.
Responsibilities
Key Deliverables Reflecting Company Values :
- Drive growth in our SMB Market
- Maintain professionalism and uphold collaborative work culture while working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize safety software sales and cross-sell experience to achieve organizational goals.
Core Day-to-Day Tasks :
- Build and Manage relationships with SMB customers across North America
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth within existing accounts.
- Outbound prospecting efforts to identify and target new opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads, lead full sales cycle from MQL to close
- 40% of opportunities will be self-sourced
Key Stakeholder Relationships :
- Internal : Collaborate closely with BD, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and initiatives / support sales processes
- External : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent (demonstrable) communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 1-3 years of SaaS selling.
- A positive attitude and highly driven personality to develop their pipeline and over-achieve personal and assigned targets.
- Experience of the full software solutions life cycle.
- Professionally represent EcoOnline at C-suite and senior manager level.
- Strong commercial acumen, discovery and analysis, presentation and negotiation skills.
- EHS market knowledge / experience and SaaS sales experience are considerable advantages.
- Ability to follow through and meet deadlines.
