CES is recruiting for cutter operators for one of our clients in Windsor.
Description :
- Maintain high production numbers for daily goals.
- Produce product with an emphasis on quality.
- Operate machinery and make running adjustments as required.
- Follow running instructions.
- Provide feedback and maintenance requests to improve machine performance.
- Complete all assigned Quality checks.
- Participate in training and cross training, improvement initiatives including health and safety and quality improvement.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances, and regulations.
- Proper and safe handling of parts.
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with hand tools, saws, presses, machinery.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Ability to use and read a tape measure.
- Ability to physically lift up to 50lbs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with routine maintenance operations.
- Forklift experience, an asset
- Robotic welding experience, an asset
Additional Information
- Wage $18.50 / hr
- Steady days / afternoons, rotation available
- Weekly Pay-Every Friday!
- Must have proper PPE Safety shoes, Safety Glasses, etc.
