Looking for full-time employment with flexibility to be on the go and not stuck in the office all day?

You'll be given a territory in the city to serve all documents within. Also, periodic business and rural services based on presence in the office and needs.

All Applicants Must :

  • Be adaptable, have good organizational skills and work well with others
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Be detail oriented
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle along with a smartphone
  • Be bondable and able to provide current criminal record & child abuse registry searches.
  • Be comfortable driving. You will drive approx. 25-40,000 km per year (transportation is fully reimbursed)
  • Have ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work and function in a fast-paced environment, on deadline
  • Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, and other computer programs

Responsibilities :

You will be serving all types of legal documents to individuals and entities involved in Legal Proceedings. You will be given a territory, and it will be up to you to manage your files and effect service according to King's Bench, LTO (Land Titles Office) and inter-provincial rules of service.

These range from divorce petitions to claims and foreclosures. Is that something you are comfortable doing?

  • MUST be self motivated! Hours throughout the day are flexible so you will be responsible to ensure you are working 40 hours a week as you manage your time.
  • Maintain positive client relationships. You'll demonstrate discipline, accuracy, and dependability in following standardized processes and completing work assignments.

Opportunity to be trained and licensed as a private investigator.

Benefits Offered

Previous experience in sales, legal field or law enforcement would be an asset.

Compensation starts from $35,000 - $70,000+
