What You Will Do :
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities.
Working closely with the Campaign team, PMMs, Comms, and Digital, this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform in North America.
You will be responsible for building, launching, and reporting on marketing campaigns, ensuring that the data flow moves through to our Business Development Team for follow-up.
You will also be accountable for data integrity and good data hygiene across SFDC and HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
- Asset creation - Work alongside the Campaign and Digital teams to create assets and landing pages in our marketing automation system, HubSpot.
These will be used for all marketing activities.
- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
- Assist with the lead management process of marketing campaigns to ensure leads are actioned and nurtured in a timely manner.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team to help meet their objectives.
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
- Plan and perform A / B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs / campaign ROI, and sales growth.
- Maintain the quality of marketing data including compliance with corporate global privacy (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and others) and keep up to date on email best practices.
- Support Marketing Operation Manager in essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
- Support Marketing Operations Manager and work closely with the Marketing Operations team on projects and initiatives as required.
Experience / Knowledge / Competencies You Will Need :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HubSpot, or other marketing automation solutions (ex. Marketo, Pardot).
- Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and interact with all levels.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and highly developed attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
