If you're passionate, driven, and ready to be bold, we want you on our team! Apply now and let's grow together. As Senior Partner Manager , you will support and enable our international partner business with a focus on our North American Partners .

You will tag team with Account Managers and our colleagues from Customer Operations to form the customer facing functions and put our partners first.

Your key focus will be driving partner satisfaction by enabling our partners operationally and ensuring their maximum success reselling Uberall products.

Your responsibilities :

  • Contribute to optimal partner experience around our platform, by developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in your account portfolio.
  • You work on maintaining and growing the value of your account portfolio and collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to resolve business issues, and support revenue growth, retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • You are responsible for the best possible integration of our products with your partner and for maintaining product expertise across all Uberall products.
  • You train and certify our partners in terms of platform and help them build expertise within their organization around platform and industry.
  • You are the trusted advisor for partners on use-case and product functionality. You identify partner-specific goals and needs - and, based on those, provide recommendations for the best use and application of our product.
  • You deliver and communicate ROI for your partners, influence lifetime value through high product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall NPS scores.
  • You know your partners' performance KPIs, anticipate their next step and provide them with guidance towards the desired outcome, continuously identifying individual optimisation potential and developing concepts for its implementation.
  • You support in-person business reviews with C-level decision-makers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • You are always close to your partners, and never leave them alone at different levels of escalation, and define measures and resolutions with them to solve any issue in a sustainable and optimal way.
  • You ensure a smooth Uberall experience across all day-to-day touchpoints in order for our partners to focus on growing and retaining their customer base.

Your profile :

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Partner Success, Customer Success or similar field (account management, professional project management, management consulting, technology enablement) in a SaaS company and / or start-up (software technology, SaaS, cloud services, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • You have had success working with Enterprise and ideally channel partnerships.
  • You can navigate customers / partners organizational structures and build relationships with different stakeholders.
  • You are effective at facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
  • You have a high degree of communicative skills, sales talent, high-quality consulting skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
  • You are a self-motivated individual that knows how to identify and deliver value to internal / external customers / partners.
  • You are curious and can effectively uncover customer / partner needs and growth opportunities.
  • You understand the ecosystem and the interests of your customers / partners, based upon which you can deduce service strategies and establish processes.
  • You learn fast and can quickly grasp technological and business concepts.
  • You can articulate technical concepts, value propositions or recommendations clearly to customers / partners.
  • You are highly organized, and can prioritize tasks efficiently in a goal-oriented manner while remaining flexible.
  • You are a team player and enjoy fostering collaborative relationships with other departments.
  • You are very analytical, tech-savvy, have very good Excel skills and, ideally, knowledge of SEO.
  • An academic degree or equivalent vocational training.
