Scope
Toprovide integrated project management leadership and expertise on alarge scale highly complex high profile and highrisk initiativethat is enterprise wide.

- Toensure accountability for the projects centralized group of unitsand their successful full life cycle delivery. To ensure theproject is delivered on time effectively andefficiently.
- Projectmanagement in the preparation and implementation of longtermbusiness functional and technical capability roadmaps for bothproduct and process evolution as a result of modernizationprojects. andnbsp;
- Provide andmaintain a comprehensive project plan that considers and includesdependencies on other projects and initiatives across the Ministryand OPS.
- The project plan developed will be responsive to agileproject delivery while achieving daytoday tracking of voluminoustasks milestones workstreams complex risks and issues whilemanaging multiple intricate dependencies across a diverseintegrated project team whose resources are not directly reportingto a single entity. andnbsp;
