Job Description :

  • Proficient in developing creative and functional design plans, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
  • Ability to create working drawing sets in accordance with FS standards.
  • Manage multiple projects from the design stage through to the restaurant opening.
  • Obtain necessary permits and variances for construction projects.
  • Calculate and prepare required information for shop drawings and bill of materials.
  • Supervise projects during construction, maintaining ongoing communication with the project manager and providing guidance and clarification.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project supervision.
  • Ability to independently interpret and apply National and Regional Building Codes, including performing comprehensive code analysis.
  • Report directly to senior management on multiple projects.
  • Supervise the permitting process, including making necessary revisions until permits are issued.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to clients throughout construction, with weekly follow-ups and updates, until the store is ready for opening.
  • Must live within 20 km of the office or be willing to relocate (this is not a remote job position)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $65,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
