We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for our organization.
The successful candidate will create a Change Management Plan that outlines methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training, and sustainability measures to foster ongoing product management behaviors.
You will conduct stakeholder analyses, develop communication and training plans, and deliver training to support the adoption of our Product Management Playbook.
Your role will involve coaching and collaborating with leaders and teams to navigate change effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and lasting impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop a Change Management Plan that outlines the approach / methodology, stakeholders, training, success metrics to track behavior change and adoption and a sustainability plan that drives and enforces ongoing product management behaviors / mindset
- Conduct a Stakeholder Analysis and develop a Stakeholder Map that identifies the different stakeholder personas and potential resistance that may emerge
- Conduct Stakeholder interviews / consultations, as required
- Develop a Communications Plan that outlines the key messages, based on stakeholder groups and the proposed / recommended mediums / engagement
- Develop a Training Plan that outlines the high-level learning delivery approach and medium(s) that will be used to deliver the training, prerequisites, learning objectives and the topics / curriculum that maps to the steps within the CAC Product Management Playbook :
Step 1 : Map Product to CAC Taxonomy
Step 2 : Define Digital Product Vision for the Product Line
Step 3 : Create a Funding Model
Step 4 : Build a Backlog
Step 5 : Build a Product Roadmap
Step 6 : Create the Release
- Provide the core knowledge areas as it relates to the steps within the CAC Product Managem provide the approach on how participants will be able to practice / apply in real-time (where possible) at each step to execute / deliver the outcome in the Playbook
- Provide targeted coaching to participants / pilot groups to help reinforce and guidance as part of the practice. The Change Consultant to recommend the coaching approach and number of coaching hours for the pilot groups (coaching would support the pilot group in executing / delivering the step)
- Develop training materials and deliver training to business and CAC partners, participating in Test and Learn(s)
Deliver training. Training will be delivered to three (3) pilot groups in parallel. Training will be developed and delivered before each step of the Test and Learn pilots
Identify the KPIs / metrics, measure and report on people change success and adoption from the Test and Learn(s)

Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies and tools
- Experience in development of change communication, and change management strategies and plans
- Develop training materials and deliver training
- Ability to work effectively and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, such as senior management and leaders, project managers, etc.
- Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project
