Customer Service Representative - Recent Graduate
Location : Remote, Kingston, York Mills

What you’ll be working on
Providing prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries from partners and customers relating to administration procedures and transactions
Investigating and analyzing simple to complex cases and completing necessary follow-up changes
Processing applications and service requests within established service standards
Providing prompt and accurate resolution to complex problems
Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service and support to customers
What we’re looking for you to have
Nearing completion of your post secondary education.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and navigate multiple systems
High attention to detail / accuracy
Clear writing, listening and verbal communication skills
Bilingualism (French / English) would be an asset
Access to stable and secure internet for remote work
