We're looking for you to join our team as a Mortgage Retention Specialist in select provinces across Turtle Island (Canada).
As a Mortgage Renewals Specialist in the Mortgage Contact Centre, you'll be the main point of contact for clients handling routine mortgage inquiries.
You'll focus on addressing client needs, applying mortgage procedures and policies, and ensuring a seamless experience. By analyzing clients' financial situations, you'll identify opportunities to cross-sell CIBC products and provide clear, detailed explanations of recommended actions.
You’ll take ownership of client issues, collaborate with others to find the right solutions, and ensure compliance with CIBC policies and regulations.
You'll also stay updated on mortgage products, trends, and competitor actions to retain at-risk clients by referring them to the Retention Team.
