Description
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Real Estate Planning Analyst supporting Real Estate Solutions (RES) within its Real Estate Transformation and Strategic Insights function.
This function is central to the global team and critical to its overall success. You will collaborate with RES colleagues to drive key initiatives critical to the long-term success of the global organization.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business.
This is a Director level position within the Corporate Real Estate, which is responsible for overseeing the management, workplace design and leasing activities of the Firm's properties.
May also include the purchasing of properties and all related responsibilities.

What you’ll do in the role :
- Provide cross-departmental support to the Real Estate Governance functions (government incentives, post-acquisition service integration, divisional space demand, etc)
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the business and collaborate with RES functions (Real Estate Transactions, Workplace Design & Experience, Capital Projects, Property Services, etc.
to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Program manage select, high value initiatives ensuring successful and timely outcomes
- Conduct business analysis on key indicators and metrics and produce associated reporting
- Assist with the creation, review and editing of strategic materials, communications and presentations
- Conduct research and analysis to develop strategic insights to inform business decisions
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the role :
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- Strategic Planning ability to align real estate decisions with the company’s long term goals
- Business / Financial Acumen strong analytical skills to perform cost benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI) calculations and budgeting
- Project Management - experience managing projects, meeting deadlines and stakeholder management
- Technology Proficiency leveraging technology to organize data and develop executive management reports. Intermediate / Advance skills in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communications skills written, verbal and presentation to management
