Title : Training Specialist
Description
Scope :
- Coordinate and provide leadership for the planning, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and support of training programs and materials (including E-learning Module, and manuals) for Justice Video Network (JVN) technologies;
- Deliver required on-site and virtual training to JVN end-users; and
- Coordinate and assist with developing graphic user interface designs and user acceptance test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities
Deliverables :
- Training Needs Assessment, Analysis and Planning;
- Training Design, Development and Evaluation;
- Training Delivery and Administration;
- Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing;
- Reviewing control system graphic user interface based on business requirements; and
- E-learning interactive modules.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements :
- At least 5 years of audio and videoconferencing technology experience; and
- At least 10 years of adult training experience.
Skills and Knowledge :
- Knowledge of adult education principles / practices such as learning needs assessment, program design, and development strategies / methods;
- Demonstrated experience with software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, web-based facilitation tools and practices and eLearning software;
- Delivered motivational training to various technology users;
- Prepared / delivered reports, training and associated communication products;
- Experienced in tailoring training delivery methods based on the needs of various user groups;
- Experienced with Adobe Captivate; and
- Familiar with AODA requirements for both interactive e-learning and written manuals.

- Audio, Visual and Videoconferencing technology, both hardware and software proficiency.

- Presentation skills, writing skills, and Negotiation skills.
Criteria 4 : Public Sector Experience (5 points)
- Details :
- 5 Years of Experience
