- Here are the responsibilities of this IT Technician - Maintenance and Support at this Industrial Product Manufacturing company located in Quebec City ;
- IT asset management
o Configure, network, back-up and debug production machines

o Configure, install and debug printers
o Configure employee computers (initial configuration, administrator
rights, etc.)
IT support level 1 & 2
o Debug various problems (production machines, printers,
networks, etc.)
o Communicate directly with users to assist them with their various
various IT problems
o Manage and track employee computer requests
o Carry out minor repairs on computers (change of memory
memory, battery, keyboard, etc.)
o Install software (employee workstations and servers)
o Collaborate with the programming team to solve problems and develop
develop functionalities
Communication with ABC IT
o Participate in the implementation of 'ABC IT' requests (in-house corporation, global management of
management)
Documentation
o Write processes and procedures for configuration / installation of
software / machines
o Consult and search for information and procedures in knowledge
databases
Qualifications
- Here are the qualifications required for the position of IT Technician - Maintenance and Support at a this Industrial Product Manufacturing company located in Quebec City;
- Possess a DEP, AEC, DEC or equivalent diploma in the field of
- field;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position;
- Asset : experience in a manufacturing environment.
