  • Start : ASAP
  • Estimated length : 12 months
  • Location : Calgary
  • Hybrid role (3 days at the office and 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust reporting on which you will action changes to inventory, transactions, and cost management.
  • Collaboratively develop process improvements that deliver value to the organization.
  • Coordinate all system data maintenance and ensure 100% integrity.
  • Work closely with Finance and IT on adjustments and system changes.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE :

  • 3-5 years experience that demonstrates fluency in inventory management practices, processes, controls, and KPI's.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to contribute to and support multiple projects in a high-paced performance environment
  • Have an aptitude and interest to learn ERP Systems, technical concepts, and operational processes.
  • You consider yourself a data person, show pride in your ability to produce accurate information, able to design professionally formatted reports and summaries.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Excel Query, PowerBI, Alteryx.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, and or data analytics.

NICE TO HAVE :

  • Globally recognized Supply Chain certification(s)
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Systems

ADDITIONAL SKILLS :

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills; and highly detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Enjoy taking on new challenges outside your comfort zone, as well as those daily repetitive tasks that require careful attention.
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Succeed in a fast-changing environment and respond to priority changes.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and a customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity.
