Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate and draft commercial agreements
- Support the company’s legal proceedings including litigation and arbitrations
- Provide guidance on regulatory matters, ensuring the company’s compliance with laws, rules and regulations
- Support external legal counsel and manage relationships with clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or corporate law
- 3+ years of experience in the aviation sector
- A member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills
- A valid Canadian passport; some travel may be required
