Whatyou will bedoing :
- Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
- Greet checkin respond to requests andsettle accounts while providing exceptionalservice
- Assist guests regarding hotelfacilities in an informative and helpfulway
- Follow departmental policies procedures andservice standards
- Take initiative to add apersonalized experience
- Proudly promote thehotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests staythrough upselling
- Other duties asassigned
Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Servicefocused personality is essential; experience is anasset
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in afastpaced everchanging environment
- Ability tofocus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
- Previous customer related experience anasset
- Must be flexible in terms of workinghours regular coverage of overnightshift
- Ability to handle cash effectively andwith accuracy
- Prior experience working withOpera Cloud or a related system
- Fluency inEnglish; additional languages are aplus
VisaRequirements : Must be legally eligible to work inCanada with valid work permit or visa. The hotel is unable toassist candidates in obtaining work authorization inCanada.
