Primerica Financial Services is looking for Client Services Associate to join our team at North York, Ontario Key Responsibilities : Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Onboard new clients and provide necessary resources.
Analyze client feedback to improve services. Prepare reports on client status and opportunities. Advocate for the client while balancing company priorities.
Qualifications : College Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years in a client-facing role. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Additional Qualifications : Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret client data and suggest improvements. Time Management : Juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Sales Support : Experience with cross-selling and renewals. Client Retention : Proven track record of maintaining long-term relationships.
