Purpose of the Role :
As the Business Development & Marketing Co-op, you will identify and qualify new leads to build a strong client pipeline, maintain accurate CRM data for effective business development, and contribute to the creation of impactful marketing materials.
You will also be involved in organizing industry events, webinars, and conferences, and identifying market opportunities that support the company's growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- You are a current university student studying Marketing, Business Development or related field.
- You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bonus Skills and Qualifications :
- You are familiar with digital marketing tools (, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- You have basic knowledge of CRM systems.
What Success looks like in this role :
- You will successfully identify and qualify new leads, contributing to a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- You will ensure that the CRM system is consistently updated with accurate, detailed information, leading to more effective follow-ups and business development activities.
