Efficient Invoice Management :
You’ll be the go-to person for handling invoices. Receive them via email and mail, upload them to our cloud-based A / P system, and ensure accurate coding.
Collaborate with Property Managers to secure approvals promptly.
Streamlined Payments :
Issue payments both in-office and through our A / P partnership program. Your attention to detail ensures smooth financial transactions.
Budget Support :
Assist our senior accounting team in preparing budgets for Property Managers’ approval. Your insights contribute to strategic financial planning.
Tenant Relations :
Handle residential rent increase notices, ensuring timely updates to tenant ledgers. Yourmunication skills make a difference.
Financial Reconciliation :
Trust account bank reconciliations and general ledger journal entries are part of your daily routine. Accuracy matters!
Help prepare GST, Parking Tax Levy, and Worksafe BC Returns. Your expertise ensures regulatorypliance.
Associated Filing :
Keep our records organized and accessible.
What you will need :
Accounts Payable Experience :
1 2 years of hands-on A / P work.
Effectivemunication :
Strong oral and written skills.
Bonus Points :
If you’ve worked in property management, that’s a plus!
